As you sign up, please read this Agreement on Terms and Conditions carefully.  You can complete your sign-up and become a member by following the steps below.  Once you click on the Save button under Terms and conditions on the Registration page, you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms of this Agreement. You cannot sign up without checking on the Yes I agree with Terms and Conditions and I affirm that I am at least 18 years of age.

MEMBER'S RESPONSIBILITIES

1.  Content. I will be solely responsible for the content or information that I publish or otherwise communicate through the Services to other members.  I consent and license Brides2love.com to use and disclose the content that I furnish in providing its Services.

2.  Code of Ethics

We at Brides2love.com realize that we are unable to check the true identity of all the users, therefore, we ask you to abide to the Code of Ethics.

I agree to adhere to the Brides2love.com Code of Ethics and certify that:

I will be truthful in the information presented in my Personal Profile.  
I will maintain any photos posted to my Personal Profile to within 3 years of the date taken.  
I will truthfully answer the questions when setting up my profile on the Brides2love.com.  
I will not use any defamatory, abusive, pornographic, obscene, profane, or otherwise offensive material on the Brides2love.com web site or in communications with other Brides2love.com Members.  
I will treat all fellow members with dignity and respect.  
I will not stalk or harass neither any Web site members nor brides2love.com employees. 
I will not offer money or gifts to Web site members and/or brides2love.com employes in return for sexual services.

3.  Verification of Certifications
I hereby authorize Brides2love.com to confirm my criminal background and/or marital status through the use of third-party data aggregators.

4.  Use of Services.

a.  I will use the Services in a manner consistent with any and all applicable local, state and national laws. 
b.  I will not provide inaccurate, misleading or false information to Brides2love.com or to any other visitor or member. 
c.  I will not use the system provided to transport to any other user any obscene, profane, defamatory, offensive, pornographic, threatening, harassing, or illegal materials that offend or violate any other party's rights. 
d.  I will not engage in any advertising or solicitation to buy or sell any products or services through the use of these Services. 
e.  I will not post, copy, transfer or show in any manner any copyrighted or trademarked or proprietary information without the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. 
f.  I will only create one unique profile for the Services provided.  I will not use  information obtained through the web site brides2love.com against the members and the brides2love.com. I agree that brides2love.com reserves the right to delete any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs, or email addresses in any content, email, chat message or any other communication.  
g.  I acknowledge that Brides2love.com provides free sign up.  I acknowledge Brides2love.com that I need to credit my account myself, that is to purchase Units (credits) to pay for the services it provides. I acknowledge that Brides2love.com will charge my account on brides2love.com every time I open to read an email or when I send an email in the amount of 1 Unit per every message sent or opened to read a new message from a female web site member. I fully understand that the price per 1 Unit is 2,50 US dollars minimum.
When paying for the services, using other methods of payment, I agree to pay the money wire fee. When applying for the refund I agree to pay the money wire fee as well, if I chose to be refunded via other methods of payment.

BRIDES2LOVE RIGHTS

5.  Brides2love.com Content Review. I agree and understand that Brides2love.com may, but is not required to, review, edit and delete any content, email, messages, photos or profiles that, in Brides2love.com sole judgment, violates this Agreement or which may be offensive, illegal or that might violate the rights of other members.  
Brides2love.com has the right to remove any such address from my email or other communications and/or to substitute my Brides2love.com email address (Web site ID) in place of such address in my communications.

6.  Proprietary Rights. I acknowledge Brides2love.com owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Services and its Web site.  The Web site contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of Brides2love.com, and its licensors.  I understand that I may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.

LIMITATIONS

7.  Compatibility. I understand that Brides2love.com makes no guarantees, either expressed or implied, regarding my ultimate compatibility with individuals I meet through these services.

8.  LIMITATION ON LIABILITY. I UNDERSTAND THAT Brides2love.com WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO ME OR ANY THIRD PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS ARISING FROM MY USE OF THE WEB SITE OR THE SERVICES.  NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY, I UNDERSTAND Brides2love.com's LIABILITY TO ME FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT I PAID Brides2love.com FOR THE SERVICES.

9.  Disclaimers. I understand Brides2love.com is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information posted on the Web site or in connection with the Services.  The Web site and the Services are provided "AS-IS" and Brides2love.com expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.  Brides2love.com cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the Web site and/or the Services.

10.  User's Conduct. I understand Brides2love.com is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Web site or of the Services.

11.  Lack of Responsibility. I acknowledge that Brides2love.com  assumes no responsibility for any error or delay in transmission, line failure, incorrect translatoins, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to my communications.  Brides2love.com  is not responsible for any problems with any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, software, failure of email on account of technical problems on the Internet, including injury or damage to my computer resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the Web and/or in connection with the Services.

12.  LOSS. I AGREE THAT Brides2love.com WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, RESULTING FROM ANYONE'S USE OF THE WEB SITE OR THE SERVICES, ANY INFORMATION POSTED ON THE WEB SITE OR TRANSMITTED TO MEMBERS, OR ANY INTERACTIONS BETWEEN USERS OF THE WEB SITE, WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE.

DISPUTES AND INDEMNIFICATION

13.  INDEMNITY. I AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD Brides2love.com, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, MANAGERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES HARMLESS FROM ANY LOSS, LIABILITY, CLAIM, OR DEMAND, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES, MADE BY ANY THIRD PARTY DUE TO OR ARISING OUT OF MY USE OF THE SERVICES IN VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT AND/OR ANY BREACH OF MY REPRESENTATIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT.

MISCELLANEOUS

14.   No Software may be downloaded from the Web site or otherwise exported or re-exported.

15.  Advertisers. I acknowledge that my correspondence or business dealings with advertisers found on or through the Services, including payment and delivery of related goods or services are solely between myself and such advertiser.  I agree that Brides2love.com shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage incurred as the result of such advertisers on the Services.

16.  Other. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between myself and Brides2love.com regarding the use of the Web site and/or the Services.  If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Refund. I agree that refund is offered only when a Web site user sent or received two or more identical letters due to technical errors. In such a case Brides2love.com refunds or adds back the number of Units spent on sending or reading the second identical letter, but not the first(original) message. However, Brides2love.com reserves the right not to offer any refund if found that such action was done on purpose, like sending out chain letters, unsolicited mail or messages containing threats. e.g. Nigerian fraud. Brides2love.com will not offer any refund to the sender of multiple identical letters (Nigerian fraud etc) on the Web site when it is clear that the sender is doing it on purpose. Brides2love.com will refund any Web site user that has received and opened to read such a chain letter in the amount of 1 Unit spent to read such a letter. Brides2love.com will not offer any refund if a Web site member has received a chain letter and continued to correspond with the sender of the chain letter.

TERMINATION

18.  Account Termination. I may terminate my account either myself or by contacting Brides2love.com.  I agree that Brides2love.com may terminate my account for any reason, effective upon sending notice to me at the email address I provided when signing up. Brides2love.com reserves the right to terminate any account/profile for any reason.

20.  Fees. In the event I terminate my account or Brides2love.com terminates my account on brides2love.com, I agree that all fees then paid to Brides2love.com are non-refundable.

I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE PROVISIONS CONTAINED ABOVE.  I AGREE TO THE CHARGES FOR THE SERVICES.

You agree that we may use personally identifiable information about you to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyze site usage, improve our content and product offerings, and customize our Site's content, layout, and services. These uses improve our site and better tailor it to meet your needs.

You agree that we may use your information to contact you and deliver information to you that, in some cases, are targeted to your interests, such as targeted advertisements, administrative notices, product offerings, and communications relevant to your use on the Websites. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you expressly agree to receive this information. If you do not wish to receive these communications, we encourage you to opt out of the receipt of certain communications by sending us an Admin email.

External Service Providers. There may be a number of services offered by external service providers that help you use our Websites. If you choose to use these optional services, and in the course of doing so, disclose information to the external service providers, and/or grant them permission to collect information about you, then their use of your information is governed by their private policy.

As a member you have access to the Members` ID No., and you might gain access to other contact information while communicating with the Member(s) through the brides2love.com web site. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you agree that, with respect to other Members' personally identifiable information that you obtain through instant messaging communication, the chat rooms and email, Brides2love.com hereby grants to you a license to use such information only for: (a) Brides2love.com related communications that are not unsolicited commercial messages, and (b) any other purpose that such member expressly agrees to after adequate disclosure of the purpose(s). In all cases, you must give Members an opportunity to remove themselves from your database and a chance to review what information you have collected about them. In addition, under no circumstances, except as defined in this Section, can you disclose personally identifiable information about another member to any third party without our consent and the consent of such other member after adequate disclosure. Brides2love.com and our members do not tolerate spam. Therefore, without limiting the foregoing, you are not licensed to add a Brides2love.com member to your mail list (email or physical mail) without their express written consent after adequate disclosure. 6. Accessing, Reviewing and Changing Your Profile

Following registration, you can review and change the information you submitted during registration through the Member Service Menu including: Your password and e-mail address. You can also change your registration information such as: name, address, city, state, zip code, country, phone number, profile, likes and dislikes, desired date profile, essays and saves search criteria.

Upon your written request, we will suspend your membership, contact information from our active databases. Such information will be suspended as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with our suspension policy and applicable law. To remove your profile so that others cannot view it, please, write an Admin letter.

We will retain in our files information you have requested to remove for certain circumstances, such as to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our terms and conditions. Further, such prior information is never completely removed from our databases due to technical and legal constraints, including stored 'back up' systems. Therefore, you should not expect that all of your personally identifiable information will be completely removed from our databases in response to your requests.

7. Control of Your Password

You are responsible for all actions taken with your login information and password, including fees. Therefore we do not recommend that you disclose your Brides2love.com password or login information to any third parties. If you choose to share this information with third parties to provide you additional services, you are responsible for all actions taken with your login information and password and therefore should review each third party's privacy policy. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personally identifiable information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. If you have a US citizenship or are currently residing in the USA and you have signed up on www.brides2love.com please make sure you comply with the IMB law, by providing all the necessary information to the lady or ladies on www.brides2love.com concerning your criminal convictions, including violent offenses, domestic abuse and sexual assualt if you have committed such.

11. Notice

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time based on your comments and our need to accurately reflect our data collection and disclosure practices. All changes to this policy are effective after we provide you with at least (30) days notice of changes by sending email to members.
